Yes! If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your first payment, and you would like a refund, please contact support and we will happily issue you a refund.

A feed is a podcast feed. If you've every subscribed to a podcast, that is a feed. Here at Hello Audio, we believe the feeds that hold paid or exclusive content should be private. And so, the private feed is exactly that! Now, many Hello Audio users create feeds for lots of things: courses, memberships, coaching calls, summits, events, the list goes on! The best use of Hello Audio is to make one feed for one product in your business.

Yes! Hello Audio works for Android and iPhone users. It works for any podcast player that allows you to import a feed using a URL, and most podcast players do this.

Your private feed is hidden from iTunes, Google, and only available to those with their own unique link.

If you don't have audio versions of your lessons yet, don't worry, we thought of that! Every plan comes with video to audio conversion!

The delivery is through their podcast-player-of-choice. No proprietary app. We provide the podcast feed, which you pass along to your students.

Yes! It's platform-independent. Think of this as more like Vimeo for your audio. It's something that hosts your content outside of your course platform. You email the podcast link to your customers, and in one click they subscribe via their favorite player.

Hello Audio was created because we found that current podcast hosting companies weren't prioritizing protected content. They serve podcasters, whereas we serve creators. Many of our features are built with the creator, coach, or digital marketer in mind!

All users have access to chat support and documentation. We also have a Facebook group: Hello Audio Community. where we'll be keeping everyone updated on development, new features and providing support. You'll be able to share how your customers are doing, what features you'd like to see, and get access to the team for support!
