‍This website and any products and services offered herein are not intended for persons under the age of 13. Hello Audio does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. Hello Audio will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If Hello Audio learns it has any information or content from anyone under the age of 13, it will delete that information.

a.  Information Collected by Us

‍Hello Audio may collect, use, and is responsible for certain personal information that you provide when you voluntarily sign up for e-mails or our mailing list activities, register for an account, participate in a promotion or contest, order a service or product, fill out any type of form, submit a question to our chat box, or otherwise contact Hello Audio via an online form or e-mail. d.  Who We Share Your Personal Information With

‍Hello Audio respects your privacy and will never sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties (beyond what is necessary for fulfilling a customer transaction or for the basic functionality of an online service) without your consent.

We do, however, share your name and e-mail address with our analytics service providers, third-party suppliers and credit card processors.

e.  Users & Your Personal Information

‍Users provide Hello Audio with information about the Listeners who may download their Content, including without limitation, name, e-mail address, the Content the Listener may download in the future, and any other information Listeners may provide to Users. This information is only available to Hello Audio upon the User’s registration, and uploading of Content. Hello Audio does not provide, sell, rent, release, disclose, or otherwise transfer Listener data to Users or third-party entities for monetary or other valuable consideration. Hello Audio provides Users with information about the Listeners who have downloaded and streamed their content, including without limitation, how many times their content was downloaded and streamed.

When a User registers and uploads Content to their feed on Hello Audio, the User will share the Listeners personal information with Hello Audio. By assessing and listening to Content from Hello Audio, a Listener grants Users permission to share that Listeners’ information with Hello Audio and gives Hello Audio permission to contact the Listener. Users must comply with all relevant legal rules when using the platform.

This includes applicable data protection and privacy laws that govern the ways in which you can use another user’s information.

f.  Whether Information Has to Be Provided by You and Why

‍The provision of personal data (e.g., name, e-mail, address) is not required from you to access the public areas of our website. We will inform you when we collect it whether you are required to provide the information to us.

g.  How Long Your Personal Information Will Be Kept

‍We will hold non-user personal data until you let us know you would like for us to delete it or unsubscribe from our marketing contacts, which you are free to do at any time. We will hold all client and customer personal data in our files for six years.
